  • Delivered series of workshops at Yorkshire Water Authority (YWA) Diversity Conference as part of their overall Diversity Programme. YWA have recently won the Personnel Today Diversity Award
  • Key note speaking at variety of national and international conferences around the business case for diversity and flexible working
  • External consultant to B&Q advising and supporting their implementation of a recruitment process which complied with the newly implemented age legislation and which also supported equality and diversity
  • Developed and delivered series of Self Employment Awareness Raising Workshops for "Asian Trading Links" ATL Enterprise (funded by Business link and Yorkshire Forward) for disadvantaged unemployed individuals (specifically women and over 50s)
  • Project managing Diversity Programme for large construction company
  • Delivering Stress Management workshops for local authority
  • Delivering Masterclasses on Flexible Working and Age Diversity to "City" organisations
  • Partnership working with ACAS to deliver Employment Law seminars linking to the business case for Diversity
