Tracey – Practical People

In December one of my clients asked me to help them with the recruitment of a Sales Administration vacancy.

I conducted 30 minute telephone interviews with six candidates from the CV’s Philippa had sent me and my client then interviewed five via zoom with my support. They were very impressed with the quality of candidates and couldn’t believe it only cost them £250 for advertising the role.

The new person is starting on a salary of £17,000. If they’d have gone to an agency they would have paid at least a 10% fee which would have been £1,700.

I will continue to use Philippa and her team and would like to say a BIG thank you for some outstanding customer service which is also great value for money.
